The senses hold a key to the connection between our body, brain, and experience of pleasure--in and out of the bedroom.
Your sweet tooth or preference for salty snacks.
Your favorite color or favorite song.
The thrill of roller coasters or the soothing sensation of being on a boat.
The intoxicating scent your partner wears or the way your favorite outfit makes you feel more alive.
These are all examples of how we can experience everyday pleasure through our senses.
For some, the senses can feel like more of a curse than a gift. Like when the lights are so bright that you can’t think straight. Or when you seem to be the only one distracted by the hum of appliances.
And where would you even start to explain to a partner that while you love them dearly, the fabric of their favorite pajamas makes you NEVER want to cuddle with them again?!
Pleasure Sense will teach you how to intentionally pay more attention to your unique sensory needs and preferences in order to create a pleasure filled life.
If you...
are easily overwhelmed or overstimulated by sensory information...
often feel disconnected from your body or from your partner during sex...
have an idea of what you like or want more of in terms of pleasure, but don’t know how to communicate this with your partners...
Pleasure Sense is for you!
What you’ll learn
Feel more comfortable in your skin and more confident in your ability to communicate your needs to others.
Receive practical recommendations that you can immediately apply to your daily life, regardless of your relationship status.
Know that you are not broken and you can experience pleasure.
